Aparte a felicidade que o fazer teatro me proporcionava e de toda a descoberta de si próprio que isto implica, um motivo de peso que me fez mudar de rumo foi que através dele poderia transformar o mundo para melhor. Esta tem sido a linha condutora da minha vida artística e, também, pessoal. Como seres políticos em micro-escala que cada um de nós é, sendo que política significa acção, sempre tive isto em conta na forma de actuar com o que me rodeia. Transformar para melhor. Também, tem sido um motor de superação de dificuldades que a criação artística apresenta e de seguir esta necessidade de a realizar para o bem-comum.
